Your investment interest in this offering is visible from your Investor Dashboard after you set a pledge amount. From your Investor Dashboard, click the [Fund Pledge] action to use one of the available funding methods. The Above: Space Reg-CF offering accepts THREE funding methods: 1. Wire Transfer (most expensive) Instructions for each funding method are below. *** ACH TRANSFER *** To send funds via ACH transfer you'll first need to connect a checking or savings bank account. This method is available for U.S. financial institutions with participating ABA routing numbers. If you don't have access to a U.S. bank account, continue reading to see instructions for sending a Wire Transfer. To connect a checking or savings account, navigate from the My Account menu item to select the Funding Options sub-item. Click the "Enroll Bank" button to start connecting your bank account and complete a Penny Test to verify proof of control of the bank account. You'll be asked to look up your bank using the ABA routing number and add the account number to confirm adding the account. Then use the [Activate] action to start the Penny Test which sends two micro-deposits to your bank account. When you see the micro-deposits in your bank account, return to the Funding Options menu to [Verify] the amounts which will complete the connection. The bank connection is complete when the bank account status is "Connected." With a connected bank account you can visit your Investor Dashboard and click the [Fund Pledge] action to be asked to confirm funding using your connected bank account. Click "Confirm" to use the connected bank account or click Other Options to view other funding methods. Note that if you already have a connect a bank account before you make a pledge, the portal will ask you to confirm funding using your connected bank account immediately after e-signing the subscription agreement. *** Alto IRA *** To send self-directed IRA funds through the Alto IRA provider you'll first need to have an Alto IRA account and connect it via the portal. To connect your Alto IRA account, first log into your Alto IRA account via web browser. Then, open another browser tab and log into the invest.above.space portal. Navigate from the My Account menu item to select the Funding Options sub-item. Click the "Connect to Alto" button to be redirected to the Alto IRA website where you will receive a request to authorize Silicon Prairie permission to access your account. Click the "Authorize" button to be redirected to the Silicon Prairie Portal. This action completes the connection. When ready to fund your investment, visit your Investor Dashboard and click the [Fund Pledge] action. Click the Fund with Alto IRA account option to fund using your connected Alto IRA account. This will send an investment invitation to your Alto IRA dashboard where you may complete the funding. Note that users with a connected bank account are asked to confirm funding using the connected bank account after clicking the [Fund Pledge] action.
